Longevity research, without the sales pitch

Most longevity writing exists to move you toward a product. This doesn’t. It reads the research closely, cites what it finds, and tells you plainly when the honest answer is that nobody knows yet.

Read the research, not the marketing

A longevity newsletter that cites its sources and says so when the evidence is thin. Free, and no more than one email a week.

What it covers

Three interlocking mechanisms sit underneath most age-related disease, and most pieces trace back to at least one of them.

  1. 01

    Chronic inflammation

Inflammation that never resolves. Implicated in cardiovascular disease, diabetes, autoimmune conditions, several cancers, and cognitive decline.

  2. 02

    Insulin resistance

Cells stop responding to insulin, and the body compensates by making more of it. It can hide behind normal blood sugar for a decade or more.

  3. 03

    Mitochondrial dysfunction

The cell's power plants produce less energy than they used to. The tissues that need the most energy feel it first.
