What it actually is

RAD-150, also written TLB-150, is sold as a benzoate ester of RAD-140, meaning the same molecule with a chemical group attached that the body is supposed to cut off. The molecule is real in the sense that it is drawn and registered: PubChem carries it, the CAS number is 1208070-53-4, and the arithmetic of the ester claim closes exactly, 393.8 plus 104.1 giving 497.9. Everything after the drawing is missing.

What it is supposed to do

An ester is a delivery trick rather than a different drug: attach a group, and the compound is released more slowly as the body cuts it off. That claim commits a seller to a hydrolysis rate, and I found no study measuring one for this compound in any species.

What people take it for

The same things RAD-140 is sold for, on the reasoning that it is a longer acting version of it. That reasoning has no published support the searches found.

How to check you have the right molecule

Search the name carefully, because the hyphen changes the answer. Looked up with the hyphen, PubChem returns a haloalkylamine from the 1970s that has nothing to do with this. Looked up without it, you get two records, the first being TLB 150 Benzoate at the CAS number above. A PubMed search for that CAS number returns nothing at all.

What people get wrong

An ester claim sounds like chemistry and is being used as a marketing claim. A real ester of a real compound would come with an attachment position, a hydrolysis rate and a measured conversion, and none of those appears in anything the searches reached.
